Booking Procedure
For individual bookings, we kindly invite you to use our website.
If you are unable to book online, you may contact us via email at info@acasadiamici.com or via WhatsApp at +39 328 3172205. In this case, we will provide you with a link where you can enter your credit card details to guarantee the reservation.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a link to your voucher. Please complete the form by providing your arrival time and the required documents to facilitate the check-in process.
At check-in, you must present the same document you registered.
If you require an invoice, please indicate the necessary details in the voucher notes. Otherwise, a fiscal commercial receipt will be issued.
Guests unable to provide a credit card as a guarantee may opt to make a bank transfer equivalent to the cost of the first night. In this case, the same cancellation policy will apply.

Payment Method
The credit card provided will be used solely as a guarantee for the reservation. Payment for the stay will be made upon arrival and can be made by credit card, debit card, or cash.

Cancellation Policy
Standard Rate:
Free cancellation is possible up to midnight 3 days before the scheduled check-in date.
Example: if the check-in date is June 5, free cancellation is possible up to midnight June 1.

• Cancellations made after this deadline will incur a charge equal to the cost of the first night per reserved room, charged to the credit card provided as guarantee.

• In case of no-show, the full amount of the booking will be charged.

Non-Refundable Rate:
This option offers a discounted rate. Payment will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking, and you will receive a receipt or invoice via email.
This booking cannot be changed or refunded under any circumstances.

GROUP BOOKINGS

It is possible to reserve the entire property for exclusive use.

Booking Procedure
On the Groups section of our website, there is a form to fill out, where you are invited to indicate your group’s characteristics.
Alternatively, you can contact us via email at info@acasadiamici.com or via WhatsApp at +39 328 3172205, describing your needs.
We will organize the room allocation according to your preferences and send you a detailed proposal.
If accepted, you will receive a link to your voucher where you can enter your arrival time and the necessary documents to speed up check-in procedures.
At arrival, the same registered document must be presented.
If you require an invoice, please indicate the relevant details in the voucher notes. Otherwise, a fiscal commercial receipt will be issued.

Payment Method
Payment is preferably made by bank transfer according to the following terms:

• A 40% deposit of the total amount upon confirmation;

• Full payment 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 50 days before arrival: full refund of any amount paid;

• From the 49th to the 31st day before arrival: 40% of the total amount will be retained;

• From the 30th day before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be retained.

INCLUDED SERVICES

The booking includes the services provided according to the selected rate plan, in accordance with the terms and conditions accepted at the time of confirmation.
Hotel VAT is always included in the price, whereas the local tourist tax is never included. For more details, please refer to the Tourist Tax section.

The price of the stay includes: Standard clearing – Wi-Fi connection – Air conditioning and heating (A/C) – Use of common areas
Not included: Any extra clearing- Bar consumptions – Damage to persons or property – Anything not expressly indicated in the offer.

PAYMENT METHODS

The property accepts the following payment methods:

• Mastercard – Visa – Bancomat – PagoBancomat

• Cash in EURO, within the limits established by current Italian regulations

• Checks are not accepted.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Guests expecting to arrive after 10:00 PM are welcome but must contact us in advance to allow us to organize their reception.
Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Luggage storage is available.
Upon arrival, all guests must present valid identification documents to the reception staff, including minors.
Failure to present such documents may result in denied access and stay, pursuant to article 109 of the public security laws, as amended by article 7, paragraph 2 of Law No. 203/1995.

TOURIST TAX

The Municipality of Palermo has introduced a levy on non-residents staying in hotel and non-hotel accommodation located within the municipal territory.
The contribution amount is €2.00 per person per day of stay, up to a maximum of 4 consecutive nights, except for children under 12 years of age.
School groups and tour guides are exempt from this tax.
The contribution must be paid at check-in.

CHILDREN DISCOUNTS

Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge.

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither the Company nor the User shall be held responsible to each other for any loss, damage, or delay caused by strikes, labor disputes, lockouts, fortuitous events, fires, legal adjustments and provisions, government orders or regulations, uprisings, state of war or similar events, natural disasters, embargoes, force majeure, or any other cause beyond their reasonable control.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the A casa di Amici logo, the website acasadiamici.com, as well as all contents, information, and materials on our website and social media channels (@acasadiamici), including copyrights and related rights, are the exclusive property of A casa di Amici SRL.
These materials may not be reproduced, either wholly or partially, transferred by electronic or conventional means, modified, linked, or otherwise used for any purpose without prior written consent from A casa di Amici SRL.
