Below, the city slowly begins to move…
The city changes its skin.
Jackets are lighter.
Laundry hangs out to dry in the sun.
Cafés set up outdoor tables.
The streets smell of orange blossom! The orange blossom, for which Palermo was nicknamed “The Golden Basin.”
From the Politeama Theater to the Massimo Theater, passing by the Cathedral and the Quattro Canti, the scent of flowers suddenly surprises you.
In Mondello, the first swimsuits appear, the first dips, the first laughs in the water. A little early summer.
Every weekend is a good time for a barbecue or an afternoon at Parco della Favorita or the Giardino Inglese.
The two parks are within walking distance and will tell you stories of Palermo you never knew.
Football, cycling, and people relaxing on the grass. Why not join? Take a break on your vacation! and… savor spring.
The days are getting longer… Enough to meet other travelers after 5:00 PM and enjoy an aperitivo together at the hostel bar.

Segesta Archaeological Park, with the temple standing still under an increasingly blue sky.
But it all starts there:
from the sun shining on the terrace,

from the first coffee of the season sipped outdoors.
